Leki Corklite Aergon SpeedLock

Today I am gonna be reviewing my Leki Corklite Aergon trekking poles.

I have had these for about a year and they’re really cool because they compact very well. If you don’t want to use them, you can just attach them to your backpack while you are walking. Then if you do wanna use them, you just pull them out to the height you need, and then you can just walk with them!

They have these nice, little strips that go around your wrists.

They help me walk probably about twice as far as I could without them. Sometimes I get pain in my left knee if I’m doing too much uphill hiking. But if I use my tracking poles, my knee doesn’t hurt at all.

I think that the only time they have been a little awkward is on rocky surfaces. But otherwise they’ve been really great hiking poles.

Anything you don’t like about them?

Nope. I really like the cork handles. But like I said, they are not great on rocky terrain, but I do not think any tracking pole would be. As far as normal hiking goes, they’re really good.
