We stayed in a cabin at North 40 Resort for a week in January of 09, and really enjoyed it.
There were 4 of us and we were very comfortable in the Ponderosa 1 bdrm cabin.
The kitchen and amenities were great. The gas stove kept us warm in the living room/kitchen/dining area, and it had two very nice bathrooms.
The staff were very helpful and friendly. The cabin was quite clean and well maintained.
We would recommend it and stay there again.
It took us about 25 minutes to get from our cabin to the west entrance of Glacier National Park, and only 10-15 minutes to get to the town of Whitefish Montana, and about 25 minutes to get to the Ski Area near Whitefish.
Very convenient lodging option for exploring Glacier National Park, Whitefish Montana, and the Flathead Valley.
